Return & Refund Policy

At AllBySell, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.

 
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be in unused condition, with original packaging, accessories, and receipt/invoice.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Opened software, digital products, and downloadable items.
Earphones/headsets for hygiene reasons (if unsealed).
Clearance or final-sale items (if stated at purchase).
 
2. Return Process
Contact our customer support team at Contact Form with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Ship the product back to us in secure packaging.
 
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (original and return) are generally non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
 
4. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will be happy to replace the product with the same item (if available) or offer store credit.

 
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3–5 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
